The photos were taken at railway stations and workshops in Montevideo and Canelones during 2007. The work is a photo report presented for a workshop held at the Uruguayan Fotoclub.

Quienes en sus años mozos caminaron junto a sus vías y construyeron una vida en torno al ferrocarril, hoy manifiestan sensaciones diversas, pero quizás todos mantienen viva el ansia de ver renacer algo de aquel esplendor, que yace dormido en la memoria de muchos, así como la vía debajo del pasto...
Esta simplemente es una historia fugaz de hoy, de emociones encontradas, una historia simple, al pasar de nuestros trenes...
